Who you are dealing with

This site is published by Novus Technologies Pte Ltd, 152 Beach Road, #13-05 Gateway East, Singapore 189721. “We”, “us” and “our” mean that company and the Novus group companies listed in Where we are.

Using this site

Everything here is for general information. It describes what our platforms do and where we work. It is not an offer, a quotation, a warranty, or professional advice, and nothing on it forms part of a contract unless we have agreed so in writing.

Product capability, market coverage and figures change. We keep the site current, but we don’t promise it is complete or error-free at any moment. Before you rely on anything here for a decision, ask us and we’ll confirm it.

Please don’t try to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to this site or anything behind it.

What belongs to whom

The Novus name, the Novus mark, the nova- product names, the words, the design and the code on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own business use. You may not republish, sell, or build a competing product from them.

Client and payment-scheme logos are the property of their owners and appear with permission. They do not imply that those organisations endorse anything on this site. The photography is licensed to us. In both cases the licence is ours, not yours, so please don’t lift the images.

What we do with what you send

If you use the form on this site, we receive your name, organisation, work email, country and message. We use them to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell them and we do not pass them to anyone outside the Novus group except a service provider that helps us run our own systems.

We keep enquiries while there is a live conversation and for as long afterwards as our records require. Write to info@novustech.com.sg to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. If you choose light or dark appearance, that one preference is stored in your own browser and never leaves it. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

Links out

Where we link to another site — a client, a partner, LinkedIn — that site is theirs, not ours. Their terms and their privacy practices apply once you arrive, and we can’t take responsibility for what they publish.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
